Practical guide

Choose between manual and Auto Apply

Two ways to send email applications, with different levels of review and the same need for an accurate profile.

Use manual sending when the details matter

If a role needs a specific introduction or is especially important to you, open it and review the prepared letter yourself. Check the recipient and CV before sending. External forms, WhatsApp, company sites and Easy Apply destinations still need you to complete their steps.

Use Auto Apply with deliberate preferences

Auto Apply sends only eligible email jobs. Set your minimum match, daily number and sending pace, then decide whether to enable it. The service runs on the server, so leaving the page does not stop it. Use the switch to pause it when your availability or goals change.

Understand what the limits mean

Your plan allowance, daily preferences and email-provider limits can all affect sending. The free allowance is 20 email applications in total, not 20 per day. Pro removes that plan allowance while active; it does not remove provider limits or guarantee delivery, replies or job offers.

Check the result regularly

Review Applications and your inbox, even when automatic sending is enabled. If Auto Apply reports a problem, inspect the connection or allowance before increasing limits. Keep your CV and preferences current so the service uses information you still stand behind.
