Data Requests
You can stop email sending in the app. For account-wide requests, contact the Autolinky team and we will verify that the account belongs to you.
Turn off Auto Apply in the app to stop future automatic applications. Disconnect Gmail in Settings to delete the saved mail connection and disable Auto Apply. For an additional safeguard, revoke the Autolinky app password from your Google account. This does not recall emails already sent to employers.
You can remove your current CV through the app when the delete control is available, or ask us to do it. The backend removes the stored CV file and its CV record. Derived profile choices and application history may need a separate account-data request.
Use the WhatsApp contact link on this site and say whether you want access, correction, or deletion. Include the email address used to sign in and enough context to identify the request. Do not send your Google password, Gmail app password, or full CV in WhatsApp. We may ask you to verify ownership through your account before changing or disclosing data.
We will handle valid requests in accordance with applicable law. A deletion request may be limited by records needed for legal obligations, payment disputes, security, or an active claim. We cannot delete copies of applications already received by employers or data held by unrelated job platforms. Ask those recipients directly where needed.
If you are unhappy with our response, contact us again with your account email and the earlier request. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to contact a data-protection authority. See the Privacy Policy for the categories of information we use.
