Keep your account credentials private
Sign in only on the official AutoLinky website or app. Never share your password, sign-in code or Gmail app password with a recruiter or support. Keep your email account’s own security settings up to date.
Separate Gmail sending access
The current sending connection uses a separate Google app password, stored encrypted on the server. You can disconnect the account in AutoLinky and revoke the credential through Google. Login and Gmail sending are separate; connecting Gmail does not automatically enable Auto Apply.
Control automated sending
Choose your match threshold, daily number and pace. Pause Auto Apply from its settings when you no longer want it to run. Review your tracked applications and inbox regularly. Match scores do not verify an employer or guarantee an interview.
Understand browser storage
The web workspace stores saved jobs, comparison selections, language and appearance preferences in that browser. Signing in elsewhere does not move the locally saved selections. Read Website storage for details, and Data requests for account or deletion assistance.
